You’ll receive a confirmation email directly after registering for this course. As we get closer to the start date of your training, you’ll receive an email containing details on how to get ready for your training. Live courses will also receive an additional agenda email containing your personal join links for each day of class, and an email containing your certificate and a feedback form after class.

Sometimes our emails end up in your promotional, other, or spam folders. If you aren’t seeing our emails, please check all of these locations. To prevent missing emails from us, add “[email protected]” to your safe list or add us to your contacts.

We have built our community in Discord, an instant messaging platform. You can Join Our Server Here. In your class setup email, you’ll receive a special code to access private channels for your course. If you haven’t used Discord before, we recommend reading this Beginners Guide to Discord.

If you are unable to access our server, contact us. If you are on our Discord server and having trouble, message us in the 📓 student-lobby or 📞 customer-service-support channels, or tag us @Antisyphon Staff.

Yes! Each day of class will be recorded. We will share links to view the recordings in your private class resources channel on Discord.

Of course! As long as you’re registered for any live course, you’ll receive your certificate in a follow-up email after class. If you’re registered for on-demand, your certificate can be directly downloaded from the course upon completion.

Yes, you earn one CPE for every hour of training. However, you must manually enter them in the affiliated certification portal. It will be up to the affiliated organization to determine if the CPEs are accepted.

Antisyphon Cyber Range, hosted by MetaCTF, is a space for security professionals to learn and practice new skills in a hands-on, affordable way. Students paying $295 or more for a training course will automatically receive 6-months free access (starting at the end date of your class). Access to the Cyber Range is also available via a monthly subscription option. You can learn more about the Cyber Range Here.

To take part in the presentation portion of your training all you need is a system that can access GoToWebinar and Discord. Some instructors have specific requirements listed in order to complete their labs, but this will be different for every training. Check your course’s information page for more details.

Your Instructor or class TA will be able to answer any Lab technical support questions inside of your private class channels. We also dedicate the first hour on the first day of training to answering setup questions and helping students get setup for class.
